Richard Goldberg, Partner

Richard Goldberg has been representing large and small coporation/owners of real property in New York City since 1982 including developers, lending institutions, individual owners, receivers and not-for-profit institutions. He specializes in complex commercial and civil litigation. For over 15 years, Richard has been litigating on behalf of grateful clients in the courts of the State of New York. He has represented clients in disputes arising out of leasing transactions, complicated disputes over leases, commercial holdover proceedings, nonpayment proceedings, real estate attorneys, lucrative property damage actions, owner use proceedings, non-primary residence proceedings and illegal alteration proceedings.

Edward Weiss handles a variety of complex securities matters, including mergers and acquisitions, public and private equity offerings, acquisition financings/refinancing . He also advises clients with respect to consumer fraud , statutory class actions, corporate governance matters and a variety of industries in the negotiation and execution of complex, high-value, IP and technology transactions matters, including inbound and outbound IP, IT and technology procurement, licenses, technology transfers, and business process outsourcing matters across a variety of technologies.
